I joined my beautiful friend Erin (who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 3 years ago) for the annual Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes Walk. Thousands of people participated in the walk which was in Denver, CO. My family joined me and we got in a brisk 3 mile walk on a beautiful fall day. Erin was also interviewed by Channel 4 News which is out of Denver.
